M22 Recoilless Rifle, 84mm
The M22 Recoilless Rifle is a Paternian 84mm anti-tank weapon, since adapted to various other roles. Replacing the 60mm M8 rocket launcher, it served on for much longer due to its versatility. It is capable of firing a variety of ammunition. From left to right: HE, HEI, HEAT, HEAT-DC, HEAT-APERS, canister, illumination, smoke, dummy, and the Lance laser-guided anti-tank missile. The Lance is a top-attack laser-guided SALCOS missile that can be fired from an unmodified M22 with the M891 Guidance Unit, fitted to weapon. The weapon has integrated fixed iron sights, although it is normally sighted by either a Y-Tech 3x scope with an 18 degree field of view or the M891 Guidance Unit. The M891's laser designator is sufficient for use as a laser rangefinder or designator in a standalone unit. The M22 is easily one of the most effective weapons in the Paternian Army because of its low cost, high versatility, and high effectiveness.

Np! @EternalDarkness
@Pilotmario ok, thanks for the info.
It depends on the design. Heavier, long-range designs such as the B-10, M40, and L6 Wombat need to employ tripods or heavier mount, where lighter weapons such as the 84mm Carl Gustaf, the Panzerfaust, RPG-2, 84mm disposable Bofors AT4, 90mm M67, or 57mm M18 can be fired from the shoulder. These designs sacrifice range and accuracy for portability.
It should be noted that the M18 can use an M1917 machine gun tripod, and the M67 and Carl Gustaf can employ a bipod. The AT4 and Panzerfaust are not reloadable and the launch tube be disposed of. The RPG-2 is employed in a manner similar to the RPG-7, as it retains the basic form. @EternalDarkness
@Pilotmario I know that. I just don't know where's the limit between light and heavy recoilless rifle. 84mm looks like a big one to me.
@EternalDarkness Lighter recoilless rifles can be fired from the shoulder. Heavier ones do require a mount of some sort, such as a tripod.
@EternalDarkness It's based off this, the Carl Gustaf.
Which can be fired from the shoulder.
84mm recoilless rifle isn't rally recoilless. That thing would fly out of your hands when you fire. It would need to be fired from a heavy tripod, like the one heavy machine guns use.
Seems legit.
Nice
