History

The FL-45 was an early jet fighter that originated in the very late stages of WW2. It was equipped with 4x 20mm Hispano cannons and 2 LAI KG-59 turbo-jet engines, which were attached to the tail which was new for the time. Luckily for the jet, it did manage to see some combat before the end of the war, but only one pilot was made a jet ace in the fighter with only 5 kills. After the end of the war, the jet helped contribute research into more efficient jet-powered aircraft. It also saw some use in the early stages of the cold war before it was scrapped. Today, only 2 remain in full preservation.

Creator notes:

Make sure to be gentle and don't 'throw' the aircraft about. If you see the white part of the livery glitch through the camouflage slightly, don't worry about it. Try and be gentle when landing.

@ND40X i do believe 1 seat trainers exists. i can be wrong but im gonna point at the Slingsby T67 Firefly. but trying to not get bogged down on what the plane is. its a great plane and its much better than what ill ever be able to build. tho if it was up to me id probably make the engines a bit bigger or move them to the wings.
