Cool, but the guns somewhat sour the experience of dogfighting with other planes as for some reasons the guns on this are way to overpowered. Each one does 350 damage per bullet (default part has 100 health) and has 20 rounds per second fire rate. It should have 7.5-8 rounds per second fire rate (MG 08 gun). Making the guns appropriately specced would improve it greatly, otherwise fantastic work!

impressive kite, like the wing dynamics - very nice touch. As cool as ejected casings are, I find they seem to defy gravity and drift around any old fashion and undermine the experience. Nice kite though!

It releases the rudder for normal operations. The default is that above a certain speed it is disabled as if you are using this is AI dogfights, the AI uses Yaw to strafe etc... hope this makes sense.
