Shanghai Airlines was founded in 1985 and introduced its first Boeing 767-300 in 1994. It was the first local airline to introduce a wide body aircraft and has operated a total of 7 767s, including 3 long-range flights to Moscow and Melbourne, and 4 regional main direct flights to major domestic passenger routes. In addition, Yunnan Airlines also introduced the 767-300 wide body aircraft in 1996. More than 20 years ago, wide body aircraft were very rare in China, especially for domestic flights. Passengers flying on these dual channel aircraft exclaimed, "This plane is really big." Indeed, at the capital airport with the most flights, many passengers had only seen large planes. In the underdeveloped 1990s, the development of civil aviation was not well understood by most people, and the experience of flying on a "big plane" was also passed down orally
