Hello, and this is the Rockwell X-31 VECTOR! Germany and The United States worked together to make an aircraft capable of only needing thrust paddles for ascending, decending and yaw. However, the thrust paddles did not provide enough turning power, thus ending the VECTOR Program. Enjoy!
