History: In 1983, the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Berauo was assigned a new project. The aircraft was meant to combat the F-16 Fighting Falcon, which threatened the current Soviet aircraft in the air and troops on the ground. The first prototype flew on April 16, 1985, with the aircraft going into full-blown production by 1987. Only two squadrons were given the aircraft before the Berlon Wall was torn down and East and West Germany were united.

Tip for cockpit views:
I've found that if you place a cockpit squarely inside of a whole fuselage and no other parts are in front of that fuselage, the it will become transparent and let the cockpit see through it when in cockpit view.
