Yep, just another low powered, fly forever on the smell of an oily rag Sailplane. The engine is a downrated VTOL, it only makes a little more than twice the power of a J15. The ducts DO rotate, but I have not tested how it affects the performance of the aircraft. Once you get to a nice height, kill the engine and fly around enjoying the silence, then start the motor to do it all over again. For those people who are tired of the "let's go faster" thing.
