You asked for help? Your Aircraft wasn't stable? Here's why:
your aircraft hasn't had enough lift to takeoff and manoeuvre properly. You may get your Aircraft Wings longer and thicker then you have fewer problems. @CrazyNumpty PS I added Brakes so your aircraft can stop when landed.
For takeoff procedure do NOT set Throttle to 100%, set it at least at 40% and maximum 55% and do not pitch up too hard otherwise the aircraft may pitch up and later enter a stall (loss of control) Only 100% if you are cruising at same altitude.
To have a good flight don't pitch up too strong mid-flight or else your aircraft may bank in a direction. Fly concentrated and relax. When on Approach, the Trim Bar can help you. On Touchdown Brake immediately.
Are these tips good? Let me know

Ok @Kaweh1395
Probably yes. @CrazyNumpty
Thank you
And I have one question not about this but does having bigger control surfaces make a plane have better roll rate and Manoeuvre ability
Thanks CrazyNumpty
