No modded parts, no detachable engine or fuel tanks, it doesn't self destruct or fly out of the water, 1180 MPH. Give the boat a second to resurface after spawning, about 50% throttle just until the boat gets going and 100% throttle once it hits 100-150 MPH. Boat can be steered at lower speeds with roll but no steering after 300.
