Poyasakai GSA 156A1 CAS
Info and history
During the emergance of jet powered aircraft Karya invested heavily on jet powered, supersonic aircraft however this made a massive gap in the CAS role. Super sonic jets could do this role however they have a short amount of time standing-by and the fuel it burned was enormous. So the Karyan government commisioned the Poyasakai Design Group design a CAS aircraft from scratch, and as usual the Poyasakai Group designed the GSA 156 at the year 1956.
The aircraft could carry large amounts of payload which was not new but is efficient in fuel, produced a very small heat signiture and most importantly, could be on stand by for a very long time. The 16 medium range ATGMs are designed to destroy ground and sea targets, the airfraft protection was higher then the usual Light weight, fast and agile. However the GSA also has a 50mm nose cannon that could bombard targets with heavy fire and could even shoot down helicopters.
The GSA served in the Valestian wars, used by smaller countries against the Valestian conquest, but it was most used by Karyan forces that defended allies of Karya
