Just land you'r hovercar to the launchlift and it'll lift down you'r vehicle to the best parkplace. And you can get back you'r car only with you'r driving license so it's a safety way to hold you'r car here.

No worries. That part count rule doesn't matter at this point. Not many people have followed it.
@spefyjerbf it's a bit low detailed, but i tryed to keep the part count under 150. if it's too many, you can remove the train stuff.
