@ChiChiWerx the nose might be a little heavy cuz I need the weight to pull it down during taking off, or can not gose straight ; the horizontal tail is too long to take off after spread in original design; I tried the ways of yours, and I don't think those could be changed. but still thanks for the advice :)

Looks good, it’s a bit nose heavy, why did you not make the flaps work using VTOL and activate the trim for the horizontal tail? Flies pretty well otherwise, takeoffs are not a problem, just need to use rudder for directional control during the takeoff roll; lands nicely, good work.
