umm... guys i need help with my mustang, he kept took off and fly like so unstable even touched the ground countless times, any ideas to make it fly better? credits to @Othawne for Landing gears, VTOL for flaps

Its a really good design. Here's how you fix it.
The elevators on the tail? they're set to flat bottom, so they're creating lift on the tail and pushing the nose down. You also need weight on the nose. I suggest putting 1,000lbs dead weight on the two nose fuselage pieces.
Then I hit the problem where it would just explode randomly while flying so, good luck with that
