AGM-109H Tomahawk
The AGM-109
Refers to the air-launched variant of the Tomahawk cruise missile. Initially, this variant was developed for the U.S. Air Force with the goal of launching Tomahawks from strategic bombers like the B-52. While the Tomahawk is primarily associated with sea-based platforms (like submarines and destroyers), the AGM-109 was designed to extend its use to air-based systems.
However, the AGM-109 air-launched version didn't see widespread adoption, and the program was eventually canceled in favor of other missile systems, such as the AGM-86 Air-Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM), which became the primary air-launched long-range cruise missile for the U.S. Air Force.
The Tomahawk has evolved into a highly versatile missile, but today it is most commonly used in sea-launched configurations like the BGM-109.
Instructions:
1. connect on pylon not missile
2. Point aircraft to target
3. Fire weapon (deployable wings automatic deploy)
Note: this doesn't work with more than one tomahawk, I'm still figuring it out
