Background

The Type-130 Kayoko is a Heavy Battle Tank developed and produced by the Neorasian Army in the mid-2029s, This tank was created because the H-16 Tiger could only operate in urban and Dessert Region and could not be taken to rural areas.

The Type-130 Kayoko is designed with armor that can withstand APHEFSDS shots from the Mizuhara Type-95 Shadowstorm MBT. This tank is also equipped with a 130mm main gun and 3 coaxial machine guns, and operated by 5 crew

This tank was first seen in combat in Operation Red carried out by the 1st Mizuhara Cavalry Division in Hangzhou city, 75km from Hanako City. This tank carried out an ambush on the 1st Cavalry Division convoy and managed to knock out two Type-95s and destroy one truck, However, the tank was disabled after its entire crew was killed by shots from the Type-183 Sahara Anti-Tank which could penetrate its Frontal Armor.

In the Battle of Eastern District on Yumemori Island, 1 Type-130 from the 7th Neorasian Marine Division was hit directly by the Battleship Mutsu's cannon, which immediately destroyed the Type-130.

The Type-130 was also modified into the Type-130AS Assault Gun, by changing its turret to a fixed turret, and also converted into the Type-130AR Self-Propelled Artillery by replacing its cannon to 175mm.

At the Battle of Imperial Bay Prison, the two remaining Type-130s tried to hold off the 1st Mizuhara Cavalry Division's assault on the prison, The 1st Cavalry Division troops launched an attack because the Neorasian troops who were defending the prison refused to surrender and free the Mizuhara prisoners, Instead, they made the prison a fortress and terrorized the residents of Imperial Bay around the prison with defensive cannons on the prison walls.

One Type-130 was destroyed after being hit right on the ammo rack by a Mizuhara Type-141 Shoakuma Heavy Battle Tank and another was captured after its crew was killed when 10 grenades were throwed to inside its tank by the 15th Mizuhara Airborne Division's Wolf Company

Post Civil War, It is confirmed that 2,183 Type-130 Kayoko were produced by the Neorasian Army, 411 units were converted to Type-130AS, and 496 were converted to Type-130AR, 124 units Capture by Mizuhara Troops, and 53 units were sold to other countries, and 1,099 Destroyed
