@KettleKip Hey bud, It's nearly done, I lowered to weight from 16 tonne to around 6 tonne or so, It takes off at around 280kmh do you want me to try to lower the take off speed?

2 things, you can’t have weight in the tubes, and your drag is still going on in the fuselages on the wings, therefore the wings don’t work, and the tubes are heavy in one side of the plane.

Ooooo yea i forgot, i do mirror, but that still never fixes it. I thought it was bc of hi com so i put weight into the pontoons @Ouroboros

The problem is that you didn't mirror from left to right
For example
The left pontoon had max fuel and max weight while the right one didn't
Try balancing both of those out and it probably would fly normally
Also reduce the weight, it's extremely heavy for a civilian aircraft like this
