Tricky to master, but fun when you do! Twin tails to allow roll control during wing adjust. For shortest takeoff- set wings 3/4 to vertical (about 65-70°), full power, full time. Lift off will be at about 45 mph, gradually lower the wings to level and you'll be flying normal at around 110-120 mph.
