8x8 Diesel Truck with bed
10.9k Belloaka
1.7 years ago
bare frame version
Info:
This vehicle is designed after a BeamNG.drive mod, the Crash Hard 8x8 Big Rig Truck. This is a fairly accurate model, although it is not to scale. This is the version with a flatbed. This has a fully functional interior, fully modeled suspension, and the driveshaft even spins. I hope you enjoy this version.
Controls:
When you take this vehicle out to fly craft instructions will automatically open up.
Activate1
= LightsActivate2
= Lower tailgateActivate8
= Kill enginePitch
,Roll
, &Brake
= Normal driving controls
Notes:
- This is about as close to replica as anything I've ever built
- Careful when turning at high speed… it has a tendency to flip over
- This is likely not the final version of this truck there might be additional modifications made in the future

@Belloaka thanks!
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Also cute cat :)
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Thank you, I did notice that when building, it was a little bit too long for how tall it was.
@Belloaka scale 95% true
@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Yeah, it's not perfectly the scale. I didn't take measurements or anything I just estimated.
the roof should be made a little higher.
and tires little bit skinny
@BogdanX Wow, I cannot believe that worked. I don't know why I had not tried this earlier. It seem to have scaled everything correctly, maybe the engines were a little weaker than they should've been, but now it's a reasonable size: 35 feet long, 10 feet tall, 2.5 tons, etc.
True @BogdanX , although I'm pretty sure it doesn't adjust the position of the parts, it just shrinks them in place. Which could work I would just have to manually move all the parts into the correct position again.
yep, @Yeetthehen that was the inspiration.
I am getting beaNG.drive vibes
@CL125 I know, it was really a nostalgic build.
@BogdanX Thank you for your comment, it is definitely oversized and not to scale but that makes it easier to snap parts together without always having to use the part connect tool. I had to increase the size of the seats by at least 2x. But yes, I should lower the COM.
