XP-58 Chain Lightning

Auto Credit Based on SimpleFlow's WORLD WAR II CHALLENGE [Closed]

INFO:
The XP-58 was designed as an improved version of the P-38 Lightning that had a longer max range and a proposed ground strike variant that carried a 75mm cannon and two 50cal machine guns. The Chain Lightning included a rear turret with two 50cal machine guns that was remotely operated from a gunner that sat in the back. The XP-58 was canceled due to difficult maintenance procedures and a lack of need for the Chain Lightning. Thus only one was ever built.

AG1 = turret activation
It doesn't like to sit properly when you spawn so you need to let it tip forward which will take a few seconds, but it will take off and land just fine, once landed it will not tip backwards. Plus this is my first attempt at a shark mouth nose so it's a little rough but I think it looks decent enough.

    @Racrandall yes it looks similar to a P-61 but it isn't a P-61, and no P-38s didn't have turrets but that was a feature of the XP-58, although there was a proposed version that did not have a turret, I just didn't make that

    @BogdanX True yeah but having it on all the time made it go a little bit faster, plus it made it look a little less bland, I thought about adding another VTOL engine and make the exhaust black to add a "smoke" effect but I decided against it because I didn't know how to make it look good without affecting the performance, although now that I think about it it wouldn't have been hard at all :p

    @BogdanX Thanks, your comments mean a lot especially from someone with 42.8k! I didn't think that assigning an activation group to the superchargers would be very efficient and just kinda pointless to not have it on all the time, other than extra detail and speed I guess. As for if I've played before, yes I started playing when SP came out for IOS and Android, I didn't even know that there was a PC version so I had it on IOS but I never made an account to upload stuff, idk why I didn't but I wish I did because I had some decent stuff for the time that got lost when I had to delete the game due to a problem with using to much data :P so yes I've been playing for a while, although I never got into anything complex like when people figured out how to fit the old 1x1 prop into a cylinder, I still don't know if that was done with xml or not so I haven't exactly been at the forefront of techniques, in fact I didn't learn how to xml mod until everyone else had mastered it already. Nice P-38 btw!
