Introducing the Taurel Tusk
Tusk Description
The Taurel Tusk is a all wheel drive Light Utility Support Vehicle or LUSV is used for a multitude of roles, from towing artillery, mobile SAMs and other active combat and support roles. Although very effective at the time of it's introduction, with the introduction of Rocket Propelled Weapons such as the RPG-7 and the AT-4, it was clear that the Tusk needed to be up armored. The resulting vehicle package included a thicker door plating, extra armor under the vehicle against IEDs and the capability to mount a CROWS system on top of the 4x4.
