The F-55A-SM Epsilon is a highly advanced jet fighter designed to replace the Broadhead, Knight, and aging Arrowhead fighters in the air superiority role. It has more advanced avionics and better maneuverability characteristics, but is somewhat lacking in the missile department only being able to carry 4 Dogfight MR-3 missiles and 4 Dogfight M-2 missiles. The MR-3 missiles are carried in two internal weapons bays and the M-2's are carried on external pylons that can be removed to increase the planes stealth characteristics. While not a truly stealth fighter the F-55 Epsilon has a lower radar signature than earlier fighters due to its radar absorbent skin and coating on the cockpit glass. When stealth was need the SFW-1 Panther could be used. Features include 4 missiles in internal weapons bays that can be opened with 4, an M61 Vulcan cannon that can be activated with 3, a refueling probe that can be exposed by activating 6 and then deployed by activating 7(be sure to retract the probe before re-closing the hatch), and a drogue chute that can be deployed with 1. Activating group 5 activates the afterburner. Activating group 2 engages supermaneuverability mode which increases the roll and turn rate of the plane. Group 2 also activates the extra countermeasures. Using group 2 on take-off allows for a very short take off run but be careful as it can be hard to control in supermaneuverability mode at low speed. The cockpit is deployed on start up, press 8 to close it.
