It walks powered by winches, the rotators are needed to keep the legs in place. You can select the rotators and see they aren't powered. I had to XML mod the winches so they could contract and extend. With out XML modding they can only extend
How to use
VTOL up and down to walk. Pitch to lower and raise the tail. Lower the tail and use roll while walking to turn. You can use the tail to self right.
