RJ Typhoon II GR 6.5
Introduction
Rather than adapt aircraft such as the Eurofighter and the F-35 to fullfill roles that where previously fullfilled by aircraft such as the Harrier, Jaguar, Buccaneer etc. the UK Government in a moment of astonishing lucidity decided to actually instruct RJ ltd. to design and build a dedicated aircraft to fulfill the ground attack role.
In the world of aircraft design, stealth features are now common place, lower radar cross-section remains an important design feature but not the primary design feature in this build, yes it has some "stealth" features but it is not primarily a stealth aircraft. The primary focus is weaponry, lots of pylons, lots of lift ability, long loiter times etc.
In this commemorative half and half camo scheme (two tone or one tone grey is just boring...) it wears a similar camo to early world war two aircraft that where used in a similar role.
SimplePlanes builds are no longer simple but i decided that a block canopy without all the additional parts that a full cockpit entails would be a nice way of constructing this, back to basics as much as i could.

@teddyone02 yeah thats what it is based from, but i get a bit bored with everything having to be American or Russian so i do it as if the UK still has a large active aircraft industry =)
it looks like one of those concept modernized A-10 thats still spiraling the whole world
Really cool plane man!
