Schildpad Mk5r SPG APC

85.3k Walvis  7.4 years ago

This is the Schilpad (Turtle) Mk5r SPG, which is a modification of the Schilpad Mk5r. It's a cheap, light and mobile SPG, designed to destroy even the thoughest millitary fortifications and outposts of the United States of Simpleplanes.

Unlike the tank destroyer variant, the SPG is armed with a rifled 100mm gun. The Krakabloa's millitary force requested a turretless design because this makes it significantely lower, which makes it more difficult for the enemy's to spot the SP PG on the battlefield.

Mk5: 5th genaration.
r: realistic topspeed.

How to control:
1. Activate primary engine. This allows you to drive around. Use WASD to move. Divable "1" if you want to use the turret.
2. Allows you to move the gun. You can use WASD or the mouse joystick to aim the gun.
6. Activates all-wheel steering. Not recomended when driving fast.
7. Activates the 2nd engine, which means the APC will now have more power and 6-wheel drive (instead of RWD).

I do need some help with the following:
1. How do I decrease engine power even further? I want the Mk4 to have a topspeed of 70mph, instead of the unrealistic 160 ish.
SOLVED! Special thanks to Shimakaze: https://www.simpleplanes.com/u/Shimakaze

2. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make the main cannon work?
3. The brakes don't quite work the way they are supossed to. They make the whole thing do a frontflip. Suggestions? less
