Rover 3.0 had for some reason a few guardian missiles playing hide and seek inside which went boom when you went over a bump in the road...
Currently equipped with 2 Inferno missiles for ground combat, and 2 Guardian Missiles for when you need to take out an enemy in the sky.
There's a camera on the turret barrel for better aiming, which comes in handy when using the miniguns.
Controls
Land Movement, Group 8.
Water Movement, Group 7.
-In both use Yaw to steer and Throttle to accelerate.

Many thanks again to Typhlosion130 for the insightful feedback which has helped me fine tweak this death machine.

@Typhlosion130 ah, shall do then, I guess I must have thought the camera could do it, evidently not.
I just realized while messing around in game... you need to attach the cock pit to the turret on another hinge rotator in order to get a lock on. the lock on circle is bound to the cock pit. so you need to move the actual cock pit to the turret so it can aim XD
