Because of the Fabella-Valestia wars, the Karyan Union learned that high-speed interceptors were needed. Work commenced in 970 the first production model would roll out of factories in 1975. The five years of development gave it a very powerful radar, a super-powerful engine, long-range AAMs, and decent maneuverability. It can reach 20km of altitude and travel at over Mach 2.5, it can intercept nearly anything that flies in the designated area.

This variant is armed with five Kr34Y150 long-range missiles and can reach high speeds with the after-burner, it is not armed with any offensive guns because it is not meant to dog fight at close range, but is meant to intercept any enemy aircraft that is beyond visual range. Landing can be smooth but it gets bouncy during high-speed landing at over 250kph
