The first Indonesian built Presidential Helicopter, built by Yum Soemarsono
Many of you might haven't heard about Yum Soemarsono, he is an Indonesian Aviation pioneer, but unlike Nurtanio or Soepono, Yum pioneered in helicopters
Yum Soemarsono was born in 10 december 1916 at Purworejo, Central Java. He is a scientist, an air force officer, and a pilot. He's also known as the father of Indonesian Helicopters

Kepik is the first Indonesian built presidential helicopter, but, there was an accident during the test flight, it makes Yum lost his left hand and killed a person named Dali. The name "Kepik" itself was given by Soekarno, the first president of Indonesia.
