Auto Credit Based on Baldovino's Problem solved! (this is not a SR71)
The first prototype of SR-73 was much more like SR-71 shaped. The fuselage was then shorten and simplyfied to get less hangar space and less RCS (radar cross section).
The P1 (Prototype 1) due to very high cost, was at first converted in hypersonic interceptor with air to air missiles (https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Lq884u/SR-73-1st-prototype) and then in a dual seat trainer (this one) mantaining the fighter capability.

@Baldovino When I see a plane, I do not ask myself the question of what appeared before, I judge it without taking care of the rest. But I also note that you added the 'fictionnal' tag, so you do what you want.
@ploptro7 BTW your criticism would have made more sense if you had voted the first one released as "heavy work", and you had judged this as "insufficient modification".
But since you haven't appeared on any of the three, this is a note that I can also ignore.

@ploptro7 it's part of a set of 3. Prototype, prototype modified and final production for the fictional story.
Due the particular shape is not so quick the mod from one to another, but is not the point. The point is the fictional story.
But it's personal taste, if you don't like it, simple skip it and look for different thing.
Without wanting to offend you, I find that it does not look like the original, and that the quality of work is unworthy of someone with 44.3k. I'm not saying this to upset anyone.
