Nice plane ! and here my impressions:
-CoL/CoM are fine, i have no problems with that
-your engines (and hide engines) use much fuel, probably you need infinite fuel (you can see my latest planes, they have infinite fuel, if u want, extract it and use it) and with that, you only have to balance the plane with dead weight.
