Auto Credit Based on breitling's Anti Air Landvik missile truck

Make the request of make a 360 cleaver, and added a few things more.
Now the missile is based on the 9M82 used in the Russian SV-300 Misssile system. Its incredibly fast and the platform is not adapted to this kind of power. So I recommend put in another truck or in a boat where is more space
