Based off the F-4L Phantom II the RF-4L R.A.I.S. (Designated as the Dark-Seeker) is a missile hunter it gives early warnings about missiles and can intervept them with the R.A.I.S. (Meanining: Radar, Alert, and Interception, System.) AMM (Anti missile, missile). it was affectionately nicknamed: The clown, The Star Ship, The Bullet Train, and more. it is very affective against Ballistic and Nuclear missiles (only missile it can actually shoot down).
