XFA-36A
Yay! Bonus post for today!
The XFA-36A Game is an advanced fighter designed and manufactured by General Resource. It began to see deployment towards the end of the Inter-corporate war in the 2040s. The XFA-36 makes it's only appearance in Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere
The XFA-36 is unlocked by the player by completing the mission "Dilemma" in the Japan version of the game. In the international versions, it is unlocked by completing "Ouroboros"
The XFA-36 is equipped with two afterburning turbofans of unknown type. They feature thrust vectoring nozzles, and are enclosed in a triangular housing.
The combination of canards, thrust vectoring, and advanced flap control give this aircraft good mobility, but it struggles at low speeds.
There are 10 standard missiles in a weapons bay mounted on the underside of the fuselage, and a cannon for strafing and close range combat.
There is not much reference material regarding the reliability of this aircraft...
The cost is unknown too...
- While not 100% accurate, it's the best I could do without losing my sanity
- As stated before, there wasn't much reference material regarding the XFA-36, but it's fun taking liberties sometimes.
- This was designed with blueprints, so the shape is 100% proportionate. The size is roughly the same as the Ace Combat size.
- Gotta love that Ouroboros gray...

Ah yes, one of my favs
@RedIndustries It's just a habit of mine... truthfully I should have put zero countermeasures since those weren't in Ace Combat until Assault Horizon.

Nice work! I think you have a bit too much countermeasures, but other than that, great build! Good job!
Awesome!
