Fighting Fulmar

The fighting Fulmar was the very first of my Lore Planes, starting off from the premise of a country that had to strongly rely on seaplanes for want of contiguous land. In this case, the airplane is a flying boat fighter inspired by the LISA Ayoka.
It's the mainstay fighter of the United States of the Seas (USS), which consists of a faction formed from the remnants of the United States Navy's fleets in the Atlantic after the now-called Old World collapsed due to climate change in what's now coloquially known as The Crumbling. These remnants had to form outposts and colonies to survive, all the while having to make sketchy alliances on account of their decaying systems. Their main land holdings are centered around shipyards and larger islands beyond the reach of the other factions, and exercise a monopoly on trans-Atlantic trade. As such, they have access to a disproportionately large fleet but, since flat-tops aren't as prominent due to the need to use alternative energy sources, they often employ ship-based airpower in the form of seaplanes that operate from either tenders or larger multi-purpose ships. In particular, the Fighting Fulmar's role is to, on one side, protect the fleet from both small watercraft like torpedo boats and bombers, and on the other, to carry out ground attack missions in operations near outposts.

However, since knowledge didn't go away, they are notable for having the most powerful engines out of all the factions.

The airplane is armed with 4 .50 caliber Heavy Machine Guns and 2 25 mm cannons (represented as 50 mm ones).
