This is a semi-VTOl dual propeller plane I designed and made myself it flies fine normally, but doesn't quite have the thrust to take off vertically. Vertical landing is fine though, making it more of a VNotquiteTOL. This is the third iteration, after a few CoM corrections and a minor tweak to the design. VTOL down for forwards, no more than 45* on ground as the propellers hit the floor and explode at higher angles.

@dillonmanyo thanks! I will try to make better screenshots next time I upload an aircraft (or anything really).
@destroyerP okay, didn't know that. Thanks for correcting me. In that case, I'm not sure whether it is an STOL, since at a 45* angle, although you are getting more lift from the propellers, there is also less acceleration. This may be something I could investigate further.
STOL= Short Take Off and Landing
but your first screen shot is bad but your plane is still nice
@TheMathsGod
@TheMathsGod
your plane is really good
happy to help!
Ok, will do that next time. Since this is the first aircraft I've uploaded, this is one of those things I didn't know about. Thanks @goboygo1
this is a good airplane, normally it would get 2 or 3 upvotes, but first the screenshot is bad. you want a user to see the gist of the aircraft at first glance. try a view from 45 degree angle up, and 45 degree angle left or right.
I'm not sure actually, although I think it would be made shorter by the lift produced due to the propellers being at a 45* angle during take off and landing. I looked it up to see if I could find some real life examples and they were described as VTOL/STOL, so I partly copied that.
@TheMathsGod Isn't it Short takeoff/landing?
Standard take off/ landing. Just going forwards, basically.
Wtf is STOL? Sideways Takeoff Or Landing?
