"Copper Canyon" was a code name for DARPA's Mach 8 (6090 mph) program during the cold war. This model follows a Rockwell design, and exceeds Mach 25 (19,030 mph). ACT=1 for takeoff, ACT=2 scramjets. Advise use of pitch trim; 19,000+ mph achieved below 40,000 feet.
