Le Yakovlev Yak-28 (code OTAN : Brewer) est un bombardier à réaction conçu par l'URSS à la fin des années 1950. Il a été construit à environ 700 exemplaires
dans différentes versions destinées également à l'interception (code OTAN : Firebar), la reconnaissance, la guerre électronique ou l'entraînement (code OTAN : Maestro).
Le Yak-28, entré trop rapidement en service , s'avéra plus complexe que les machines précédentes . Il subit beaucoup d'accidents . La fiabilité des moteurs posa beaucoup
de problèmes , de même que son pilotage .

The Yakovlev Yak-28 (NATO code: Brewer) is a jet bomber designed by the USSR in the late 1950s. It was built around 700 units
in different versions also intended for interception (NATO code: Firebar), reconnaissance, electronic warfare or training (NATO code: Maestro).
