17.4k karlosdarknessSouth runway approach gentle glide slope about 130mph over the sea and pulled up with a bit of rudder on finals. Touched down at 84mph in the middle of the runway and quickly came to a halt the left vertical stabilizer broke before I stopped but was resting on the right hand one rather than coming loose. Was slightly off centre due to rudder but a gentle landing. Glider is a bit twitchy and needs a fair amount of speed to work.9.4 years ago
