The Mako is the primary air superiority fighter of the Aurelian Air Force. There have been several specialized variations, but this is the latest stock air superiority model.

It's "coffin" cockpit less design lead many to originally believe it was a drone, however it's design prioritizing air to air combat abilities are like none found in the UCAV world. The Mako combines excellent acceleration with 5th generation staples such as thrust vectoring and super maneuverability. It's ability to fly at high altitude is improved by its speed, thrust vectoring, and canard design. The range supplied by its internal fuel is already enough to boast about, however with the ability to add external drop tanks and enter super cruise at altitudes higher than the famed SR-71 while going nearly 900 mph faster.
