Dari spesifikasi yang dipaparkan pihak pabrikan, Elang Laut 25 ditenagai mesin 3W dengan kapasitas 170cc. Dengan electronic fuel injection, drone ini dapat mengudara selama delapan jam. Kecepatan jelajahnya ada di rentang 80 – 100 km per jam, serta kecepatan maksimum 175 km per jam. Dengan performa yang ada, Elang Laut dapat menjelajah hingga 600 km. Meski dalam operasional baru dilakukan penjelajahan sampai 500 km lewat kendali LoS (Line of Sight) dari GCS (Ground Control Station). Elang Laut 25 (EL-25) dapat terbang hingga batas ketinggian 4.500 meter.
