    Edit. You should make the rudders larger and place them somewhat further back. You can try making them bigger then scaling them down to keep the the same size (IDK if this actually works). You could also try to reduce the amount of authority the yaw vectoring has to stop it from spinning (Or reduce angle of rotation as speed increases/decreases).
    If you want I could post you my version (unlisted). Ill add some Funky AoA control too.

    Ok so,
    I think one of the main reason is the V tail design.
    A little update, even when I change the V-tail design, it still is incredibly unstable. I think it's because of the overall design, it is very unstable.
    Idk man, Yaw physics in SP doesn't make sense.
