Final version of this, added some extra stuff:

Made a more complex suspension, this makes it much better with complex terrain.

Added another set of wheels, this adds to the speed (extra 1mph).

Made 2 sided wheels, adds to speed as well.

Made a turret with multiple weapons:
Auto cannon (advanced recoil action)
Mini gun
Rocket pod

Added more VTOL nozzles to each wheel.

Added side, front, and back armor plates for protection to its suspension.

Front armor can lift up for steep climbing with Activation Group 1.

Vehicle Description:
This is an armored car that has special wheels. The wheels parts make it very good for climbing extreme cliffs like no other wheels. Due to its protection, it’s makes it much more heavy, making climbing a bit harder than the first one. It comes with a very nice turret and a nice folding up front (AG1) for steep climbing start ups, and it has a very good suspension! Have fun!
