A very simple model of the Pz VI "Tiger" this heavy tank was created as a breakthrough vehicle during the second world war. With thick armour and a 88mm gun it struck fear into the allies. During its service life it fought on both the Western and Eastern front and gained a fearsome reputation. Tigers were known for their toughness and in one case sustained the barrage of shells from Russian anti-tank guns for over 2h only to be driven back to base. However, this tank was not enough to change the course of the war.
