Did some fuselage rotation to get the guns in the nose.
Top speed of 300 mph at sea level.
Takeoff speed of 85 mph.
The A5B1 was designed to be simple and maneuverable. Originally proposed as a monoplane, the idea was dropped after early prototypes demonstrated numerous flaws and the upper wing was added. The single four-bladed propeller is driven by two inline 3 cylinder engines, shown by the asymmetrical exhaust ports.
