A fictional russian fighter. The La-6 was the next logical step in the evolution of the russian La series of planes. Created by Lavochkin to counter the newly-encountered Me-262 jet aircraft, this plane uses a mixed powerplant of a prop and jet engine. This more cautious approach allowed for Russian pilots to easily get familiar with the new plane. There were some issues however. The two engines meant that it had to carry two types of fuel. It was also a nightmare to repair. These issues did not stop the aircraft from doing its job, andit did it well. This plane is set up for close air-support/bomber hunter duties, with two 37mm cannons, bombs, and rockets, it will put a hole in anything you want, wherever you want. Ag1 activates the jet engine
