Amphibian Tiltrotor. Be sure to get speed up before transitioning to horizontal flight (best to be around 200 mph before relying on those tiny wings). Gyroscope can be turned off in horizontal flight (8) for better maneuverability. Inspired by the Burnelli lifting body span-loaded aircraft. Still needs a little fine tuning, but works fairly well.
