Tests using pitch and roll thrust vectoring with no control surfaces. Activation 1 to raise the landing gear.

Credit to Authros for the superb noozzel/engine housing, thanks.

Warning: Need power to land as one cannot glide with no control surfaces.

@SpiritusRaptor, it is difficult to land while traveling at 200mph but I did like the concept

Nice experiment but not the best way to crash-land

You could build an Su-35(S) with this! Unfortunately I would be lacking in skills

This is astounding! I put it into widow maker inverted flat spin and recovered within 6000ft. I also got it down to 125mph at 1% thrust. It's the Swiss Army Knife of vectored thrust.

@ahappyape Thanks, yes, take-offs and landings are a bit tricky, but sounds like you have the hang of it...

Looks like a successful experiment. Took a few goes to not crash - but very nice after that.

Nice! Think you could build on with yaw? I want a plane that can go in a flat spin and come out of it and continue flying.

SR, this is totally cool. It feels and looks like something that I would fly in a war zone from the comfort of my bedroom... lol.
