Operational History
The Aircraft was first flown in 1941 And Eventually Introduced in 1943 Escorting Halifaxes and Lancasters Cross the English Channel into France into Germany
Later in 1944 During The Battle of Saipan Goldcrests were deployed by the USAF To Strike down Enemy Ships and it ended destroying about 32 Ships out of the 8 Aircraft Involved
Finally During the Battle of Berlin The USSR (VVS) Deployed it along with some Other IL-2s It ended turning the tide of the war into the Allies Favour
