Based on the V-22 Osprey. The wingtip nacelles rotate to translate from vertical takeoff (VTOL up) to forward flight (VTOL middle / default). Lift off occurs at about 80% thrust. You'll need to push nose forward to keep it steady as you rotate the nacelles forward. Level flight best achieved with nacelles at about 45 degrees.
