vtol takeoff ag1(flight engines) and ag2(vtol engines) activate vtol and flight engines. ag3 is for assisted takeoff and landing relatively easy to fly easy takeoff and landing warning tho to switch beetween vtol and flight engines you need to throttle to 0 then switch then throttle back to 100 (hover is about 30%-50%) you can fly with both on but it has very minimal fuel
This is a build I spent longer than I'm willing to admit I tried to get it as close as I possibly could to the republic A-wing using blueprints and photos
