This is a tank with a spheric desing this is ball control by one man. The tank is dive in two part insind the engin part and to man part. For the mouvement two empty steel wheel are use

In 1944 the russian have intercepte sekrite communication. The german is going to the moon so the russian has decide to before make rocket they have to make a TANK . In july 1944 the blueprint was made and the first prototype build . Even if the test was not finish the russian start the massive production even with all the default . In 1945 the 500 first unites was done and send to the moon only 9 IS-360 finnely reach the moon. Only for discover thats the german never go to the moon and it was just a joke. The russian after the war decide to destroy everyrhing and burn all the document thats the russian hase been on the moon for nothing. Only 1 blueprint of the tank left
